At home:

T-spine and shoulder mobility. 

A. ab wheel roll-out x 15 reps x 4 sets. 
B. Side planks 40s. x 3.  Left side from knees
C. plank from elbows 60s x3
D. ankle mobility exercises.
E. rotator cuff strengthening exercises with bands
F. Band Pull-aparts  20 x 3. 

going to push up the Upper Body volume day to tomorrow as it fits better with my schedule. Friday's work TBD.  6 days until follow -up appointment.
