Couple videos of my training the last few days. This video is of a box squat into a 50" box jump. I have been using these in place of the Olympic lifts while my wrist heals.

The second video is of 50 unbroken wall balls with a 20 lb ball. This was the third set with only 2 minutes rest between. This is excellent training for "Karen", which is 150 wall balls for time. Each set of 50 took about 1:40 so this was approximately a 9 min Karen including the rests. There was a time my Karen PR without rests was over 9 minutes so this is some nice improvement over time. Probably would be high 7 minutes for Karen right now.

The last video is a 285 front squat PR. The form is not perfect but the weight went up.

These are movements everyone can and should be doing. Depending on your ability these movements can be done with more of less weight. The box can be lower or higher. But squatting and jumping are two essential movements for all persons and especially athletes.
