All squat cleans unbroken and TnG pace. Airdyne calories per set went 22,17,16,13,14. This was super tough.

nice recovery workout day. nothing was terribly taxing but I feel refreshed after these recovery workouts. These recovery workouts are so incredibly important if an athlete wishes to continue to make progress.
