Training September 11th, 2012


Muscle Snatch, build to a 3RM
+
Power Snatch Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1 x 5 sets, 2 min - use Muscle Snatch 3RM load
+
3 rounds for time @ 97%:
10 DL @ 185lb
10 Burpees to 6" OH
+
Rest 10 min
+
3 rounds for time @ 97%:
10 DL @ 185lb
10 Burpees to 6" OH
+
Run 15 minutes @ 50% effort


MS- 3RM -   125 lbs.  Limited by shoulder flexibility. Still working on it daily, but it is slow coming. 

PS Cluster   125,125,130,130,135.  Raised the weight just a bit as form and pop felt good on these. All reps solid and tight. 

1:54, 2:20.   First set was unbroken and fast. Second set was a bit more conservative on burpee pace. 

15 min run complete.
