time was 33:49. All chins and thrusters were unbroken. PU burpees were slow. We rarely train in this time domain so it was a bit awkward and difficult. I don't enjoy training in this time domain but it is a necessary evil to compete in sport of Crossfit.
Sunday AM
A. Build to a tough Hang Power Clean in a few sets.
Got to 225. Definitely more in the tank but the rep was tough so left it there.
B. Use 85% of part A and do one hang power clean every 20s for 6 mins. I used 191 and completed all reps no problem.

C. 1-5 L Pull-up ladder x 4 sets. Not for time.
All complete no problem. L Pull-ups typically fry my midline the next day. Will see.

Max calories on Airdyne bike in 3 minutes.
100 cals in 3 minutes.
